Assistance League of Bend founded in 1989, Chartered October 5, 1993, is an all volunteer, nonprofit organization consisting of a dedicated group of women with a passion for supporting the local community in a direct, meaningful way. Our primary focus is on the root causes of poverty through a variety of philanthropic programs and projects. Assistance League of Bend also leverages its resources to improve the quality of life for all adults and children.

 Just in time for school, Assistance League is having a sample sale- brand new clothing for both kids and adults. Gently used household items, tools, books and lots more will be available at huge discounts.

Philanthropic Program Updates:

Operation School Bell

Last year we clothed 1,576 K-12 school children. This year we from September to March we have clothed 1,431.

Hats

We made and distributed 1,276 hats to chemotherapy patients last year.

So far this year, we have given 909 hats.
